POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Our Commitment to Safety, Inclusion & Accountability
Pinnacle AP is committed to creating a learning environment that is safe, inclusive, and structured to support the needs of all our students. Our policies are in place to ensure that staff, students, families, and partner schools understand our expectations, processes, and responsibilities.
We regularly review and update our policies in line with statutory guidance, local authority expectations, and best practices in alternative provision.
Below you will find key policy documents available for download or review. If you require printed copies or assistance accessing these, please contact us.
Safeguarding First
Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. All staff receive regular safeguarding training and understand how to recognise and respond to any concerns. Our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) is available to speak with parents and professionals regarding any aspect of a student’s safety or wellbeing.
SUPPORTING EVERY STUDENT
Our policies reflect our commitment to inclusive practice, trauma-informed support, and the belief that every student deserves a second chance. Through clear boundaries, consistency, and compassion, we aim to create conditions where students can grow both personally and academically.
